About The Position

Complete Technology Solutions (CTS) is a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider offering IT, VoIP, surveillance, and wireless network services. Headquartered in Sparta, Illinois, CTS is seeking a part-time Dispatcher to coordinate service requests and ensure timely technician dispatch and ticket resolution. This is an onsite role based in Sparta, IL, with a maximum of 29 hours per week. In this role, the Dispatcher will collaborate with clients and internal technicians using ticketing systems to manage service requests, prioritize and assign tickets, and oversee scheduling and dispatch operations while maintaining high service standards. The successful candidate will effectively manage incoming service requests, maintain accurate ticket records, and ensure all work is properly assigned and tracked through completion. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail while supporting billing readiness and contract compliance.
