About The Position

The Dispatcher plays a critical role in our daily operations by ensuring the right technician is assigned to the right job at the right time. This position requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to keep operations running efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch technicians based on skillset, availability, and job requirements
  • Provide technicians with all necessary job details and updates
  • Manage job flow by dispatching one call at a time and debriefing each call before assigning the next
  • Track and update technician statuses (dispatch, arrival, completion) in the system
  • Verify timecards and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain and update dispatch/tally reports
  • Communicate with customers prior to dispatch to confirm availability and payment method
  • Input leads into the system and coordinate with internal teams as needed
  • Organize and manage the on-call schedule
  • Provide weekly reports and insights to Service and Sales Managers
  • Collaborate with leadership to evaluate technician performance and strengths
  • Support team members and complete additional duties as assigned
