About The Position

Tip Top Garage Doors is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Dispatcher to serve as the heartbeat of our daily operations. In this role, you’ll coordinate schedules, support our field technicians, and help deliver a smooth, professional experience for our customers. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication
  • Calm, solution-focused mindset under pressure
  • Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to jump in and help where needed
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems quickly
  • Strong multitasking, organization, and time-management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Garage door industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch service and repair calls based on technician location, availability, and skillset
  • Monitor and adjust schedules in real time to respond to changes, emergencies, and customer needs
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with technicians, customers, and management throughout the day
  • Review daily jobs to ensure correct skill levels, parts, notes, and payment details are in place
  • Optimize routes to reduce drive time, improve efficiency, and minimize callbacks
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers—answering questions and setting clear expectations
  • Accurately document customer interactions and ensure proper follow-up
  • Handle inbound calls and route them appropriately
  • Support the office and operations team with additional administrative tasks as needed
