About The Position

L.A. Hydro Jet & Rooter Services is seeking a Dispatcher to join our team! Dispatchers are responsible for dispatching, scheduling, and coordinating the logistics of service calls for our Drain Technicians. To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks for different clients and field employees simultaneously. This is an in-office position located at 10639 Wixom St, Sun Valley, CA 91352. Hours: Vary based on shift. Potential hours would be 9am – 6pm, 10am – 7 pm, 11am – 8pm, a 1pm - 10pm remote shift, and a on call shift from 8pm – 7am. Training will begin onsite and then could have the potential to be hybrid. Demonstrated experience in customer service. Proven flexibility and dependable performance. L.A. Hydro-Jet and Rooter Service determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay for this position is $21/hr. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
