Requirements

Proven experience as a dispatcher in the transportation or logistics industry.
Strong geographic knowledge, especially Midwest and surrounding regions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse group of individuals.
Proficiency in dispatch software and strong computer skills.
Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility with work hours, ready to step in during various shifts as needed.
A commitment to safety and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the scheduling of our tanker fleet, ensuring timely and efficient delivery services.
Act as a primary communication liaison between drivers, customers, and internal teams.
Monitor driver routes and provide real-time solutions to logistical challenges.
Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including tracking of delivery status and documentation.
