About The Position
As a part-time or full-time Dispatcher for Reston Limousine, you will be responsible for dispatching drivers & vehicles based on workload. This is an onsite position with immediate needs. Requirements
- Experience in Client Services preferably in the transportation, courier, or trucking industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Solid geographic knowledge of the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area
- 1-3 years of related work experience
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Problem-solving skills when dealing with clients, logical issues, and day-to-day workload
- High School Diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Passenger Driver or Delivery Experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Communicate with drivers and clients
- Schedule and dispatch drivers & vehicles based on workload
- Update dispatch logs, spreadsheets, and systems
- Monitor and communicate with our shuttle ops team
