About The Position
SumnerOne is seeking a customer service oriented Dispatcher to join our growing team! The Dispatcher, plays a pivotal role in seamless service coordination and technician dispatch. From scheduling repairs to optimizing routes, the dispatcher ensures our customers' printing needs are met with speed and precision!
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for logistics or customer service training)
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and juggling multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency and a willingness to learn dispatch systems
- Committed to providing excellent customer service
Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch our skilled technicians for printer and copier repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Prioritize service requests based on urgency, technician availability, and customer requirement
- Collaborate with customers to gather information, ensuring we understand their needs inside out
- Keep accurate records of service requests, equipment details, and work performed
- Monitor technician progress, keeping customers informed about arrival times and any changes
- Help optimize technician routes, minimizing travel time
- Work closely with the Service Manager to address and resolve service requests
- Communicate effectively with technicians, giving clear instructions and setting customer expectations
- Handle basic customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate complex issues when needed
- Learn and improve dispatching processes to boost efficiency
