Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a call center, dispatch, or customer support role (required)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a customer-first attitude
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with dispatching or scheduling software is a plus
Responsibilities
- Answer and prioritize emergency and non-emergency service calls
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians for installations and repairs
- Maintain accurate customer records in our database
- Coordinate with field teams to troubleshoot service issues
- Ensure clear and timely communication between customers and technicians
- Play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently
