Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the service industry, preferably in HVAC or plumbing as a dispatcher.
• Excellent customer service skills with a self-motivated attitude.
• Detail-oriented and computer literate.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow up efficiently.
