This remote Dispatcher position involves communicating with WM Drivers to assist with problem resolution for residential, commercial, and roll-off lines of business. The role requires handling incoming service orders, directing drivers, and resolving service issues. The dispatcher will interact with WM customer service, sales, and operational staff, and utilize WM proprietary software for managing same-day ticket routing and preparing routes for the next day. Shifts are flexible within 3am - 6pm CST, Monday-Friday, with potential for overtime and Saturday hours depending on Market area dispatch center needs. Some travel (up to 15%) may be required to work face to face with sites the dispatcher is responsible for.
