Requirements

Responsibilities

Receive incoming service requests and inquiries from clients.
Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians to client locations.

Monitor technician schedules and ensure timely arrival to service locations.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, dispatch activities, and technician availability.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize service delivery processes.
