Requirements

• HVAC or Plumbing Dispatching experience
• Dispatch experience (HVAC or plumbing preferred)
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
• Able to work Monday through Friday and some Saturday's

Nice To Haves

• Service Titians experience (preferred)
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians
• Monitor daily schedules and update work orders
• Confirm next-day appointments with customers
• Communicate with field staff
• Handle basic paperwork and maintain records
• Coordinate installation schedules, parts deliveries, and warranty procedures
• Answer customer questions and concerns
