As a Dispatcher with our team, you are the heartbeat of our daily operations.   • Dispatch and coordinate technicians to ensure timely service for customers nationwide.
  • Deliver friendly, confident communication when confirming appointments or handling escalated calls.
  • Use technology platforms (Service Titan, communication tools, scheduling software) to track and update job progress.
  • Monitor incoming calls, messages, and requests—responding promptly with a solutions oriented- mindset.
  • Stay aware of technician availability and job status updates throughout the day.
  • Ensure technicians’ schedules are optimized for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Update customer accounts, notes, ETAs, schedule changes, and follow-ups in real time.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and team members to keep operations flowing smoothly.
  • Identify conflicts or delays and proactively resolve them before they impact the customer experience.
  • Assist with daily reporting and general operational support.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture built on accountability, communication, and shared success.
  • Help with other tasks as needed; flexibility is key to our growing business.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a warm, customer-first approach.
  • A tech savvy mindset and confidence navigating multiple computer systems at once.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office; Service Titan experience is a plus.
  • Ability to stay organized while managing many moving parts.
  • Calm, professional handling of stressful or rapidly changing situations.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mentality and willingness to learn.
  • A team-oriented attitude—your coworkers will count on you daily.
  • Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or residential trades is helpful but not required.
