About The Position

Our Compliance Dispatcher provides communication and guidance to internal and external sources for the Compliance Operations. This person directs message traffic, responds to requests, retrieves and relays information, monitors parking conditions, and updates and maintains documentation.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older at time of hire
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Computer proficiency
Must be willing to work alone and therefore exercise proper judgment and tact when dealing with people
Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Must be drug-free and pass a mandatory drug test
Must pass a criminal background check
Flexible availability
Ability to understand and apply parking regulations

Responsibilities

Provides communication and guidance to internal and external sources utilizing telephone and e-mail.
Responds to requests, retrieves and relays information utilizing system.
Monitors parking conditions and parking availability.
Provides administrative support to Dispatch Manager and Operations Manager.
Pro-actively and efficiently handles customer service requests.
Updates and maintains documentation pertaining to communication and departmental information and activities.
Maintains knowledge and understanding of the system along with the department’s vehicle registration policies and parking & traffic rules/regulations.
