Beutler is part of a national leader providing plumbing and HVAC products and services to our customers. We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Dispatcher to join our team. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, or a combination of related experience and/or advanced training/education
- One or more years of experience as a dispatcher or in customer service
- Availability to work a Wednesday through Sunday schedule
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A strong degree of self-motivation to provide exceptional customer service to customers by phone while directing technicians by radio and tracking devices
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple appointments
- Demonstrated listening, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
- Knowledge of the local geographic territory
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Set and schedule technician appointments for jobs
- Ensure service technicians are dispatched efficiently
- Answer customer calls within a busy office and enter customer data into the computer
- Resolve and assist customers by taking incoming calls and making outbound calls
