Schedule and dispatch technicians Monitor daily schedules and update work orders Confirm next-day appointments with customers Communicate with field staff Handle basic paperwork and maintain records Coordinate installation schedules, parts deliveries, and warranty procedures Answer customer questions and concerns Qualifications Do I Have What It Takes? HVAC or Plumbing Dispatching experience Service Titians experience (preferred) High school diploma or GED (preferred) Dispatch experience (HVAC or plumbing preferred) Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office Able to work Monday through Friday and some Saturday's Ready to take the next step?
