Schedule | Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
Coordination: Schedule and dispatch drivers, coordinate with warehouse staff, and manage transportation with rail services.
Communication: Maintain constant communication with drivers, customers, and management via phone, email, and other platforms.
Optimization: Plan efficient routes, monitor driver progress using GPS, and optimize schedules to maximize productivity and reduce fuel consumption.
Problem-solving: Handle real-time issues like delays, emergencies, or scheduling conflicts, and provide timely updates and resolutions.
Documentation: Accurately record and maintain shipment details, customer information, and delivery records.
Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
