About The Position

Requirements

• Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
• Core Values – MUST HAVES - Humble, Caring, “get it done” attitude, always learning and growing, and positive and fun
• Proven customer service skills / experienced REQUIRED
• Must be able to read and write fluently in English (Bi-lingual Spanish a plus)
• Strong organizational, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient with use of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
• must be willing to undergo background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Experience in dispatching a plus, but not required
• Experience in the construction or restoration trades a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• 1st point of contact to answer the phones
• Provide premiere customer service and create Raving Fans
• Dispatch calls and coordinate with sales teams to respond to new calls
• Support the sales and production teams with any items they may need
• Supporting the other administrative team members in the office
• Supporting the Accounting Manager with other tasks and miscellaneous requests
• Mesa, AZ 85205: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
