About The Position

Who You Are: Experience in a production or manufacturing environment Someone who enjoys providing support to Supervisor and team drivers What You Will Be Doing: Handles all will call customer pickups and ensure paperwork is accurate. Coordinates routes by examining product dimensions and weight for each order and identify and evaluate any special needs for each load. Determines the most efficient vehicle for route completion. Coordinates all jobsite and truckload deliveries with external customers. Assigns qualified drivers to operate equipment. Fields customer calls pertaining to the shipment if product. Coordinates all equipment preventative maintenance and repairs Collects all Fuel Receipts and directing drivers to vendors that offer discounts. Load and drive trucks as needed. Receiving material from vendors. Special projects and other duties assigned by the Branch Manager. Skills You Bring: HS Diploma/GED required 1 year of prior dispatching experience Clean driving record to drive Class A vehicles as needed. Proficient computer and e-mail skills Ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external customers Ability to operate moffett and forklifts Organizational and time management skills Ability up to 75lbs Ability to use a tape measure and accurately measure product Why Trulite: Trulite offers the most comprehensive benefit coverage in the industry. Requirements

HS Diploma/GED required
1 year of prior dispatching experience
Clean driving record to drive Class A vehicles as needed.
Proficient computer and e-mail skills
Ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external customers
Ability to operate moffett and forklifts
