Schedule and dispatch technicians Monitor daily schedules and update work orders Confirm next-day appointments with customers Communicate with field staff Handle basic paperwork and maintain records Coordinate installation schedules, parts deliveries, and warranty procedures Answer customer questions and concerns Qualifications Do I Have What It Takes? High school diploma or GED (preferred) Dispatch experience (HVAC or plumbing preferred) Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office Experience with Service Titan and/or Dialpad is a plus Ready to take the next step?
