As a Ski Patrol Dispatcher, you’ll be the communication hub for the mountain — coordinating emergency responses, tracking patrol movements, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes so guests can enjoy the freedom to ski.

  • Monitor radio traffic and serve as the primary point of contact between Ski Patrol, Dispatch, Lift Operations, and emergency responders.
  • Receive and log incident reports, including injuries, lift issues, trail closures, and guest assistance.
  • Dispatch appropriate personnel to incidents.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records of calls, incidents, and actions taken.
  • Assist with administrative support, incident report filling, and coordination with outside agencies when needed.
  • Must be at least 18+ years or older.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication and multitasking skills.
  • Remains calm and focused in emergency or high-stress situations.
  • Has experience with two-way radio systems and/or dispatching (preferred).
  • Is comfortable using computers (including Google workspace), logging systems, and basic reporting tools.
  • Works well independently and as part of a safety-focused team.
  • Is available for flexible scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
  • Experience with two-way radio systems and/or dispatching.
