It is not an easy shoe to step into, but the rewards are plentiful! Prior experience is required. We need someone who knows their way around a 48/53 foot dry van, reefer, flatbed, conestoga, etc. . . If you have at least 3-5 years of experience working as dispatcher for a national brand, and can recite all 50 States by heart, then we would love to meet you. (You don't actually need to be able recite all 50 States, but you should at least know the difference between Washington State and Washington D.C.)
