About The Position

The position involves providing exceptional customer service in a transportation coordination role at Caesars Entertainment. The individual will be responsible for managing limousine services, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency within the transportation office. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to build relationships with guests and coordinate transportation activities effectively.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• Light typing and filing skills.
• Strong communicative, organizational, telephone, computer, math/computation, and decision-making skills.
• Previous clerical experience with one to two years of transportation coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate superior customer service skills and maintain a positive attitude.
• Create an atmosphere of luck and celebrate guest wins.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide fast, flawless service.
• Check for guest satisfaction and resolve service breakdowns effectively.
• Promote Total Rewards programs and card membership.
• Provide a warm farewell and thank guests for visiting.
• Ensure assignments are accurately received and implemented by company drivers.
• Coordinate limousine activities from initial client contact to satisfactory conclusion.
• Manage transportation manpower in accordance with established guidelines.
• Collect and complete daily operational data to ensure smooth shift changes.
• Ensure accuracy of driver labor hours and communicate with property concerning limousine status.
• Assign limousine requests to outside vendors fairly and equitably.
• Assist supervisor in ensuring outside vendors meet company standards of quality service.
• Coordinate limo repairs and maintenance with Fleet Maintenance.
• Approve and issue complimentaries for casino rated players based on established guidelines.
