Benefits after only 30 days. Dispatch is 24/7. The minimum availability requirement is to accept the shift with your training dispatcher, and then your own permanent shift. All days or all swings with two consecutive days off. Position Summary: The Dispatcher Trainee primarily requires dispatching to ADT patrol officers or security personnel to customer's site for private protective service and alarm response. This involves performing various duties such as dispatching field units via a computerized dispatch system, monitoring incoming alarms, and dispatching appropriate field units to calls. The trainee will be assigned to a Lead Dispatcher for training on job functions of a dispatcher. They will study and learn radio codes, dispatch policies, and procedures.
