About The Position

The Dispatcher for the Solid Waste Department at Ocean Reef Club is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective dispatch operations related to solid waste management and cart repair services. This role involves detailed record-keeping, managing work orders, and coordinating with various departments to fulfill member and guest requests promptly and accurately.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed records for logs, work orders, billing, and preventive maintenance logs.
• Answer and log telephone calls for Solid Waste and Cart Repair Department requests.
• Dispatch calls to appropriate associates and follow up on completion of requests.
• Collect work orders and associated paperwork at the end of the shift.
• Determine and dispatch calls to Solid Waste CDL drivers or Cart repair mechanics.
• Return calls to members/guests to follow up on requests.
• Complete work order requests through a computerized work order system.
• Prepare all DOT inspection paperwork and maintain drivers' records.
• File invoices for Solid Waste, Service Station, and Cart Repair.
• Ensure DOT repairs and vehicle maintenance are completed.
• Process Solid Waste, Cart Repair, and Service Station purchase orders.
• Maintain daily log forms and log all calls.
• Run computer reports as required daily and/or monthly.
• Greet and receive visitors and callers to the Cart Repair office.
