What You'll Do: The Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for managing the shop’s flow and production. Schedule shop work as efficiently as possible in accordance with our clients SLA’s Allocate parts to the proper work order. Track, receive, and distribute all parts in a timely manner to meet our client SLA’s Enter all pertinent information into software applications, AS400, and RPP. Communicate any incorrect parts or supplies to supervisor/manager in a timely manner and manage returns. Maintain all shop supplies and keep inventory at acceptable levels (ordered Through Procurement) as directed by management Secure and control all parts and supply inventory to minimize loss or shrinkage. Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Work in cooperation with safety leadership in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
