About The Position
The Dispatcher II in Protective Services provides essential dispatch communications. This role is responsible for maintaining effective and efficient communications between the dispatch center, officers, other department personnel, outside emergency and law enforcement agencies, and the public. The Dispatcher maintains records of Protective Services/Police related data, such as LEADS/OHLEG, Lost & Found, Key logs, etc. They issue keys, parking stickers, and parking permits, and process, enter, and retrieve employee data records in the Protective Services/Police computer system. The Dispatcher upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of Summa Health.
