AAA Dispatchers provide help in a fast-paced contact center environment contacting service providers to assist AAA Members who are in need of roadside assistance. This position will play a critical role in enhancing AAA Member relationships and providing each Member with an exceptional customer service experience. Set schedule) Training Requirement: Monday - Friday (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST) for the first 3-5 weeks. Must be able to attend ALL training during the day. Set Work schedule will begin after training is completed. What you will do as a Dispatcher l: Answer inbound calls from members seeking updates for their AAA Roadside. Communicate to service providers information needed to provide timely assistance to AAA Members. Prioritize service requests based on various criteria. Monitors the progression of roadside assistance requests and ensures documentation is thorough and accurate. Participates in the resolution of service issues and member complaints. Update members on progress.
