About The Position
Marshall's Specialty Services is looking for a Full-Time Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to join our expanding and dynamic team! We're a well-respected HVAC company serving Lane County, OR since 1948. We care about our customers, employees, and quality of work. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy helping others, we want to hear from you! While on-the-job training is provided, this position requires strong phone and customer service skills, and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced work environment to schedule customers and dispatch Service Technicians according to technical skills, availability, and route efficiency. This role is the center of all communication between customers and service technicians, so cheerful professionalism, attention to detail, punctuality, and reliable attendance are essential for success in this position.
