About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to ensure our technicians are moving in the most efficient manner, and our customers' needs are held to the highest of standards. Dispatchers can expect year-round work as we support multiple trades with multiple busy seasons. Requirements

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service delivery with both inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency and experience using Microsoft Products and multi-line phone systems.
• Must report daily to the office; this is not a work from home opportunity.
• Ability to work assigned shift and weekend rotation if required.
• Knowledge of the local area to assist technicians.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a dispatching role or similar position.
• Familiarity with HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure technicians are moving efficiently and customer needs are met to high standards.
• Take customer information from the customer service system and relay it to employees in the field.
• Provide exceptional customer service delivery with both inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Assist technicians with maneuvering traffic and getting to residences in a timely manner.
