High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Current valid driver's license may be required.
Minimum of six months scheduling or logistics experience.
Knowledge of the company's service promise, services, capabilities, policies, procedures, and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Ability to multi-task using multiple software programs simultaneously.
Solid knowledge of computers, MS Office, email, internet, and other software.
