About The Position

At Cornerstone Pros, we’ve proudly supported the Tampa Bay community for more than 20 years by delivering dependable, top-tier service. We’re looking for an experienced Dispatcher or CSR who genuinely enjoys helping customers, communicates with confidence, and brings upbeat, positive energy to every interaction. This hybrid role combines time in the office with the flexibility to work from home, and we’re open to both full-time and part-time candidates who are ready to be a key part of our customer experience team. Full time schedule (In- office): Monday -Friday 8am-5pm Full time schedule (Hybrid): Sunday- Thursday (Sunday 8am-8pm) Monday- Thursday 10am –5pm (No lunch) Monday- Thursday 9 am – 5pm (1 hour lunch)

Requirements

  • At least one (1) year of dispatch experience and/or as a CSR in call center environments
  • Ability to complete standard in-office training for 3 to 4 weeks from 8am - 5pm daily (subject to change based on experience)
  • Must be located in the Tampa area with the ability to come into the office as needed.

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, ServiceTitan), preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Book service, maintenance, and installation appointments directly with customers during regular business hours.
  • Answer customer inquiries promptly and accurately when they call the office.
  • Make proactive outbound calls to schedule appointments for all trades during low inbound call volumes or to fill specific trade appointments.
  • Maintain a call commitment of 10 calls per hour, including a mix of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Ensure all interactions provide clients with accurate information and a positive experience with Cornerstone Pros.
  • Participate in office training provided by a current Cornerstone Pros employee to effectively perform all duties.
  • Handle after-hours dispatching by: Communicating directly with technicians for questions or bookings.
  • Collaborating with a 3rd party answering service to ensure proper appointment bookings and accurate information delivery to clients.
  • Contacting clients directly for questions, online booking requests, scheduling sold estimates, addressing customer complaints, and more.
