Do you love the world of customer service? If so, this is the job for you! We're seeking an experienced call center and/or dispatch representative! Our Centralized Dispatch Team is currently overseeing the Route Planning and Execution for a growing number of our nationwide district operations. As a Dispatcher, you will oversee a team of up to 15 - 25 Delivery Managers (Box Truck Drivers) and Delivery Assistants. You will be responsible for setting their daily plan and supervising their activities from the time they depart their local warehouse until they return at the end of their day.
