About The Position

The Dispatcher/Customer Service Coordinator at Jet Trucking and Logistics is responsible for planning, coordinating, and assisting customers with their freight forwarding, trucking, deliveries, storage, and pickups. Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in customer service and dispatching preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good email etiquette.
• Experience in transportation and logistics is required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assist customers with freight forwarding, trucking, deliveries, storage, and pickups.
• Dispatch daily scheduled routes and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
• Interact with warehouse management, sales, and operations to ensure customer needs are met.
• Assist in activities related to shipping, logistics, customer fulfillment, and storage fees.
• Serve as the lead contact for neighbor island partnering trucking companies.
• Perform office duties as assigned and follow the company mission and core values.

Benefits

• Full-time position with a pay range of $22 - $28 per hour.
• Regular work schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm.
