About The Position
This full-time position offers flexible hours throughout the week, as our operation is 7 days per week. This is an opportunity to have a vital role in our operation. Duties include but are not limited to overseeing dispatch functions for multiple business units and multiple vehicle types, acting as a liaison between sales, customers, and drivers, and working with drivers to confirm routing and times. Additionally, this role is responsible for processing changes/updates to trips, complying with Federal and State DOT requirements, organizing paperwork and filing, and utilizing dispatch systems for operational purposes. This is an opportunity to carry out working plans and systems that contribute to safe, on-time and consistent service to our customers!
