About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience required
• Experience using TMS, Samsara, and Lytx

Responsibilities

• Print EDI every morning and afternoon
• Make changes to orders for weights and missing items
• Organize orders
• Enter special orders, if any
• Type orders in load book
• Review hot lists to edit orders shipping
• Call stores to schedule appointments or make online appointments with retailers
• Answer emails for delivery updates
• Recognize orders to areas where carriers/brokers are needed
• Book carriers to cover loads not covered by our fleet
• Request quotes and get them approved by the plant manager
• Ensure 100% TMS assignment on all orders
• Maintain accuracy and assignment on all delivered orders
• Update, clear, or void orders on TMS
• Create orders for back-hauls
• Assign and clear orders
• Review expiration dates on TMS for drivers or equipment
• Perform all duties as assigned by supervisor

Benefits

• Annual salary range of $37,440 - $52,000
• Full-time position with Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
