About The Position

As a Dispatcher at Universal Atlantic Systems LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers by monitoring and responding to alarm activity and customer requests. This position requires effective communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail is essential. You will be responsible for dispatching emergency signals and providing exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications or a willingness to learn.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, respond to, and dispatch emergency signals promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service in response to incoming requests and inquiries.
• Proficiently verify and dispatch alarms to police and fire agencies.
• Work within defined company and Central Station policies.
• Maintain and meet minimum quality and production standards.
• Process basic data changes to customer accounts.
• Multi-task effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Work independently and contribute positively to a strong team environment.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving, communication, computer, and phone skills.
• Successfully pass the CSAA Level 1 certification after 90 days of employment.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
