The Field Service Representative role at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions involves providing operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems across various industries. This position is critical for ensuring the optimal performance of technologies such as media filtration, softening, reverse osmosis, and more. The representative will be responsible for troubleshooting, conducting maintenance, and performing analytical testing to meet customer needs and contract specifications. Key Characteristics (Highlight characteristics required to succeed in the role) ● Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance. ● Conduct maintenance and calibration activities on water treatment equipment. ● Perform analytical testing such as turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, and other site-specific testing requirements. ● Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems. Duties & Responsibilities ● Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts. ● Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed.
