Requirements

• Looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, has excellent organizational skills, and possess the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Must possess good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Possess proficient computer skills, with an emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook and AS400
• Prior knowledge of the Trucking/Logistics industry

Responsibilities

• Assigning trailers with drivers and customers.
• Maintaining communication with customers and drivers.
• Account Management of assigned Customers
• Ensure on time pickups and deliveries to meet our Customer's needs
• Ensure Driver safety, including DOT compliance, safe working conditions, and maintaining TNi's Standards & Policies
• Assist Drivers with inquiries in regards to availability, mileage, fuel cards, and other obstacles throughout the day
• Assist with other requests made of the Operations Department
• Scheduling pickup and delivery appointments
