About The Position

The primary responsibility of the Dispatch Support is to ensure accurate, timely and efficient order entries, to help support and assist dispatchers to ensure product deliveries reach customers in a timely manner. Skills needed to perform daily tasks include strong data entry, ability to learn and effectively use the Company's ERP system to perform job duties, high level of attention to detail, and excellent time management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and/ or 2 + years related experience
  • 1+ years experience in dispatch, administrative, and/or agricultural role.
  • Intermediate with MS Office

Nice To Haves

  • ERP Experience (NetSuite) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Receive and enter dispatch orders in ERP system with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide accurate and efficient record keeping for all delivery orders
  • Help ensure each customer receives outstanding service
  • Communicate with Sales and Operations departments regarding orders.
  • Assist dispatchers with deliveries and pick up of materials and equipment as needed.
  • Answer phones and respond to customer requests
  • Provide exemplary customer service.
  • Daily interaction with coworkers, subordinates, managers, and customers must reflect the positive image and exemplary customer service standard set by Mid Valley Ag.
  • Able to work effectively in dynamic environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions consistent with job functions, strategies, company goals and values.
  • Ability to work overtime and Saturdays, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
