The Team Lead Supply Chain Operations leads associates in accomplishing daily work activities. Responsible for the efficient and effective functioning of all sections in SCO to include but not limited to receiving, par and requisition fulfillment, linen and equipment, inventory control and internal deliveries. Responsible for working with the Supervisor to ensure the training off all teammates in Supply Chain Operation standards of work and functions. Demonstrate respect, competency, dignity, kindness, and empathy to each encounter with all patients, families, visitors, and other employees regardless of cultural backgrounds.
