This is a full-time position that reports to the Director – SOC and will also interact frequently with the Manager of Dispatch, Manager of Crew Services, Manager of Maintenance Control, & DO, and others throughout the operation. The SOC Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful mission of the SOC to keep the airline running safely, efficiently, and regulatory compliant at all times. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge and understanding of FAR Part 121 and FAR Part 117 requirements and be able to make informed, and appropriate decisions regarding operational activities and events on a moment by moment basis. Good communication skills are required, good supervisory and/or leadership skills are required, good/mature judgment, and the successful candidate must be able to exhibit the values and culture of the company while working in a dynamic environment.
