As a Dispatch Supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision, development, and oversight of drivers, as well as fostering a positive and engaging team atmosphere. Coordinates activities of dispatch leads, and drivers engaged in delivery of equipment and materials to ensure operational success, while exercising considerable autonomy. Employee must be self-motivated with a high degree of responsibility including confidentiality, sense of urgency, and accountability to be successful in this role.
