The Dispatch Department is comprised of agents who dispatch service calls, verify work orders for accuracy and assist our Field Technicians with changes, pricing and special equipment needs. In addition to providing daily support to these agents, the Supervisor will be responsible for working on various reports as well as monitoring and adjusting quotas as needed. Will also work closely with the Installation Supervisor on scheduling daily work.
