The Dispatch Supervisor coordinates and communicates employee work assignments based on the immediate and consistently changing needs of the operation to ensure proper placement of personnel and meet performance expectations. How you will make an impact: Make independent decisions on employee work assignments and locations based on operational needs. Direct employee work assignments in a professional and courteous manner. When operationally necessary, give ‘’direct order” to agents refusing an assignment while maintaining professionalism and remaining calm. Promptly receive and respond to telephone and radio calls in a professional and timely manner. Complete daily reporting thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner. Project a positive image while responding openly, honestly, and timely to inquires in a courteous manner. Perform other duties as required. Ability to be flexible and work schedules that span a 24/7 operation including weekends, holidays and work overtime as needed. Work shifts will be assigned and may include late nights and early mornings.
