About The Position

Are you ready to be an integral part of our team? We're seeking a Dispatch Service Support Specialist to be the backbone of our branch, tackling a variety of tasks across all departments. This position involves assisting dispatch in creating work orders, maintaining billing notes, and inputting new equipment data, while also handling clerical duties like scanning, filing, and managing daily mail. You will welcome and guide customers in tagging their equipment for repairs, manage UPS shipments, ensure components are stored correctly in the warehouse, and prioritize safety by following our accident prevention procedures. Embrace new challenges assigned by the Branch Manager in this team-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or its equivalent.
  • Two years of education and/or experience in a related field.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Prioritize safety in all tasks.
  • Self-motivated and organized, able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Assist dispatch in creating work orders and maintaining billing notes.
  • Input new equipment data.
  • Handle clerical duties like scanning, filing, and managing daily mail.
  • Welcome and guide customers in tagging their equipment for repairs.
  • Manage UPS shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Ensure components are stored correctly in the warehouse or attached to Service Work Orders.
