About The Position

The Dispatch Security Officer position is a full-time role that operates on the 3rd shift, specifically from 11 PM to 7 AM on Saturdays and Sundays, with the requirement for open availability on other days. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring incoming calls, dispatching security personnel, tracking incidents, and maintaining clear records to ensure safety and compliance with organizational protocols. The role also involves inputting information into an automated resource system and making and logging daily shift reports, as well as camera monitoring to ensure compliance and safety.

Requirements

• Must have a South Carolina Guard Card
• Prior Security Experience Preferred
• Excellent computer skills, knowledgeable in MS Word and Excel
• Must read, write, and speak English
• Ability to remain calm, solve problems, and act effectively in critical situations
• Customer service oriented
• Strong verbal, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
• Ability to coordinate and perform several tasks simultaneously
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong and clear writing skills for preparing correspondence and reports
• Team player who works well with others
