About The Position

The Dispatch Scheduler coordinates technicians, inspectors, and service routes to ensure efficient daily operations. This role optimizes schedules, minimizes downtime, and ensures timely service delivery.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of dispatch, scheduling, or logistics experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and problem-solve under pressure
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and communication tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in home services, inspections, or field operations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage daily and weekly schedules for field staff
  • Coordinate routes to maximize efficiency and coverage
  • Communicate schedule changes and urgent updates in real time
  • Monitor technician availability, job progress, and completion status
  • Handle last-minute adjustments with accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate scheduling and dispatch records
  • Collaborate with client care and operations teams
