Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or communication is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a dispatch or receptionist role, preferably in the restoration or service industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatch software.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians for emergency services and restoration projects.
  • Maintain communication with clients to provide updates on service status.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient dispatch system.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed for service delivery.
  • Support marketing efforts by promoting services to potential clients.
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
