About The Position

The Dispatch Operations Agent at Crane Payment Innovations is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a centralized dispatch environment. This role involves routing service dispatch calls, ensuring customer readiness for service, quoting service calls, and assisting with basic troubleshooting for equipment. The position plays a crucial role in supporting the Cummins Allison Service organization and requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2-5 years of related customer service experience.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Experience in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Route service dispatch calls for National and Regional accounts.
  • Ensure locations and payment information are up to date and that customers are ready to receive service.
  • Quote Time & Material service calls.
  • Understand service levels by equipment to sell future maintenance contracts.
  • Receive calls from the field and input part orders for service technicians.
  • Guide customers through basic troubleshooting for equipment.
